Update - Matchplay Competitions.
Dear All,
I hope you're all taking advantage of this fantastic weather and enjoying some time on the golf course.
We saw some truly inspiring golf this past weekend during the first round of the Strokeplay Championship. Congratulations to Mr. Crawford Gray, who leads the net leaderboard, and Mr. David McColgan, who leads the gross leaderboard. Other notable moments include Mr. Billy Z McNeill's challenging 10 on the final hole on the PGA, and Mr. Alan Black's near hole-in-one on the 10th of the PGA course today.
While the Dun Whinny team unfortunately lost to Carnoustie Caledonia on the Championship course, the weather was certainly on our side.
A reminder that the deadline for completing the first round of the Singles and Foursomes Matchplay Competitions is Sunday, May 18th. Please make every effort to complete your matches by this date. In the event a match is not completed, both players will be eliminated, and the next-round opponent will receive a bye.
NO ENTENSIONS WILL BE GRANTED.
For any disputes or questions, please contact Iain or Tariq.
Finally, don't forget that this weekend brings the Spring Meet, played from the white tees on the majestic King's course. The forecast looks promising, with fiery fairways and fast greens! Spaces are still available, and you can register via the app.
